925nm (Infrared, invisible) Bar Code Verifier Light Source
Rarely used and supported by only a few bar code verifiers is a 925nm (Infrared, invisible) light source. The light source is only used in security applications where the bar code is not visible to the human eye. Bar code verifiers with a 925nm light source will appear off or not illuminated when operating due to the human eye not perceiving light in the infrared spectrum.
