The RJS Inspector D4000 Series Auto Optic (3, 6, 10, and 20 mil Aperture with Calibration Plaque) requires a D4000 bar code verifier display, a Inspector 4000 bar code verifier display or an Inspector 5000 bar code verifier display. When the Auto Optic head is replaced, the D4000 bar code verifier display or a Inspector bar code verifier display MUST be sent in to Auto ID Solutions. This is required because the two parts must be adjusted, calibrated, and re-certified as an entire system. The service work is included in the cost of the Auto Optic head and will be returned in a new box and with a three page Certificate of Calibration (which shows the NIST traceable standards used to certify the unit and the “As Left” values following calibration.
