Symbology of Bar Codes Inspected
Bar codes can be encoded many different ways. Each way, or type, is called a bar code symbology. Each symbology has pros and cons. Some are a pattern of bars and spaces while others look like a checkerboard with square (or round) building blocks to assemble the bar code.
